I want to smother the slave girl with my hands and train her breath holding abilities - but I'll make it even harder for her today. She's only wearing underwear, so I can see her stomach and ribs - and I give her specific instructions, like to breathe out just before I start smothering her. I also only give her a set number of breaths in between - and I pay close attention to her body's reactions. You can see how she desperately tries to pump air between her stomach and chest as her oxygen supply starts to get really low and how her little body is shaking when I smother her for a long time!
